1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the complete agreement between the Player and abc71 governing the use of all services available at abc71.io, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, fishing games, and any other gaming products offered on the platform.

By completing the account registration process at abc71, you confirm that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in their entirety; (b) you agree to be legally bound by them; (c) you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2; and (d) you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

2. Eligibility

To open and maintain an account with abc71, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the period your account is active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. abc71 enforces a strict minimum age policy. Any player found to be under 21 will have their account immediately suspended and any funds held therein will be subject to review and potential forfeiture.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, and other non-individual legal structures are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or director of abc71 or any of its affiliated companies or game-supply partners.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your location.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with abc71 or any affiliated platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.

abc71 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the abc71 platform. The deliberate creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these terms.

When registering your account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your abc71 account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. abc71 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials confidential.

abc71 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to have been registered using false or misleading information, that is operating in breach of the one-account rule, or that has been inactive for an extended period in accordance with the platform's dormancy policy.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on abc71 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied. abc71 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Supported channels may change without prior notice; the current list of available payment methods is always displayed in the Cashier section of your account.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day vary by payment channel and are displayed at the point of transaction. abc71 does not charge fees on standard deposits, however your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals will only be processed back to the same payment channel from which the corresponding deposit originated. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the Cashier section and vary by channel.

All withdrawal requests are subject to a identity verification check before processing. First-time withdrawal requests require the submission of a valid government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card or passport) and may require proof of address. abc71 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within 24 hours under normal operating conditions. During periods of high demand or where additional verification is required, processing times may be longer.

abc71 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a pending bonus wagering requirement has not been completed, or where the account has not completed the required identity verification process.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

abc71 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, daily reload bonuses, cricket betting cashback, slot free-spin bundles, and seasonal event promotions. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer at the time it is made available.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all offers issued by abc71:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on the platform contribute equally (or at all) to the satisfaction of wagering requirements. • Expiry: All bonuses and any associated free spins have an expiry period from the date they are credited. Bonus funds and free spins not used within this period will be forfeited automatically.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Unless stated otherwise, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn as a result of a bonus win is capped at a multiple of the original bonus amount. The specific cap is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on a player's account at any given time. Players must exhaust or cancel an existing active bonus before claiming a new one.
• Abuse: abc71 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk wagering patterns designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent.

abc71 may modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time. Promotional availability may vary depending on the player's account status, verification tier, and deposit history.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on abc71 are final once confirmed. abc71 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system, except where explicitly permitted under the specific rules of the relevant market or game type.

For sports betting markets, including cricket, the following general rules apply:

• Odds are subject to change prior to bet placement. The odds applicable to a wager are those displayed and confirmed at the exact moment the bet is submitted and accepted.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant sport-specific rules displayed in the Sports Rules section of the platform.
• abc71 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered due to a technical error or where the odds were clearly mispriced.
• Maximum stake limits per bet and per market apply. These limits are displayed within the bet slip interface at the time of placing a wager.

For casino and slot games, all outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software supplied by the relevant game provider. abc71 does not interfere with game outcomes. 7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the abc71 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account at the time of suspension:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own details or those of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or during any subsequent identity verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit promotions.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical faults in the platform's software to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or matched betting strategies in conjunction with promotional bonus funds.
• Using the abc71 platform for any money laundering activity or any other purpose that is prohibited by applicable law.
• Charging back any deposit made to your abc71 account through your payment provider.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited and using technical measures (such as VPNs or proxies) to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account or account credentials to any third party.

8. Responsible Gaming

In no event shall abc71's total liability to a player arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
